- Refund for a duplicate or wrong charge (website purchases): email us with the subject "Refund request" and your order or payment ID. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- Cancel a website subscription: email us with the subject "Cancel subscription". Or cancel in your account on the website. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- Privacy request (see, correct or delete your data): email us with the subject "Privacy request". See the Privacy Policy, section 12.
- Delete your account: use the Delete account option in the app, or email us. See how to delete your account.
- App Store or Google Play purchases: Apple and Google decide refunds for their purchases. See section 5 of the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
